I have just purchased Outlook 2003 for a new PC, replacing an older machine
running Outlook 2000. I copied over all the Outlook 2000 components using
Import/Export. Now, the Contacts listing does not seem to be accessable from
the Inbox. When I create a new email, I am told that the Contacts folder
could not be opened. Likewise, if I try the action, New Email to Contact,
from the contact, I cannot send it without receiving the same message.
Is there something which needs to be done to make my older contacts
compatible with Outlook 2003?
