How can I use the ZIP Code to determine the City

I have a list of about 6,000 individuals to which I need to do a mail merge
with a stock letter...I have all the mailing information I need but the
City...I do have the ZIP code however....does anyone know how I could
determine the city from the ZIP code?

I would suggest a VLOOKUP formula if you have the ZIPS and Cities in a Table.

If you do not have the Cities, you would need to look them up from another
resource such as......

http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/citytown.jsp

US Cities by ZIP Code.

that Gord shows:

Q. Where can I get a database or directory of all ZIP Codes and/or ZIP+4 Codes
along with the corresponding city, state, county, etc.? Is this information
available on the web?

A. The information you are seeking is not available via download but is
provided through the National Customer Support Center at (800) 238-3150. Ask
the service representative for pricing and information for our products:
