How can I view 4 peoples tasks to get a status overview of action

Hi there,

I want to use MS Outlook as a way to project manage our workload and be able
to view 4 people's tasks at one time rather than having to click separately
on each one as this does not give me the overview I want.

Any ideas?

Hi Whitty,

your Outlook version is?
Are you using Exchnage Server or local installed Outlook?

With Exchange you can share your Task folders of the "Personal Folders" or
you can create "Public Task folders" but then you can ask your Administrator
of your Exchange server.

Without Exchange you will need 3rd party utilities:

Office Marketplace Outlook messaging tools:

Maybe it helps.

Hi Oliver,

Thanks for the suggestion. We operate MS Outlook 2003 - part of the Small
Business Edition. We have our own dedicated server in the office so hopefully
if I can figure out how to set up the Public Tasks Folder that may be the
answer I was looking for.

Any ideas how a public tasks folder can be set up?

Many, many thanks,

Whitty
