How can I view a complete list of the email address

I would like to review the complete list of email addresses the are in my
Outlook. These are the addresses that will pop up when the first letters are
typed in the "TO" cbox

The file is a .nk2 file, but it's not a plain text file and, afaik, there
are no utilities for editing the file.
