How can I view pictures in an e-mail newsletter

I have recently upgraded outlook to latest version. Now, on incoming e-mail
newsletters, I can no longer see the picture content, only the link
references.

Help tells me:

Part of an e-mail message is not displayed, but no blocked images
placeholders appear. I don't know how to download the missing content.

Some content in the message is linked externally and must be downloaded to
display the images. However, you can only choose to display blocked content
in a message when at least one item that was blocked is a picture. For
example, if the blocked content is a sound, it is not downloaded, and you
cannot directly download the blocked content.

In this scenario, to include blocked content, in the open message, on the
View menu, click View in Internet Zone.

BUT, I cannot find, in the VIEW menu "View in Internet Zone"---its not there!!
