How can I view task notes in outlook appointment?

Using the Project Add-In for Outlook, how can I view task notes in the
appointment that is sent to the users Outlook calander? The problem I'm
having is assigning my testers as a resource on a task that needs testing,
the problem is that they can't view the notes of the task in their Outlook
appointment that generates when I assign them. Is this possible?

I would just like to get a copy of the macro. Ours appears to have been
