How can I view the e-mail address of the sender?

In Outlook it only shows the 'From' name and not the actual e-mail address
that sent it. How do I actually display the e-mail rather than their given
contact name. Thanks,

The From field is controlled by the sender, not the recipient.
You can always examine the message header to see the actual email address.

outlook uses the display name - but you can double click on it (from an
opened message) if you need to view it.
