How can I web advertise my own company?

I've a my own web based company, and I wouild like to advertise this
company through web Ad's. How can I find which Adv company is better?.

Also incase if aI want to advertise on some free web sites, How
difficult is to create web Ad?. Do I need any special software for
this?. Thanks in advance.

Not really a FP question. Do a search on Google is probably the best way to
start.

Are you looking for some way to get traffic to your site for free? If so
it's not going to happen. If you've got a budget go to
http://adwords.google.com and read up. Once you've got adwords going
http://www.overture.com would be a good next step. You don't need any
software for either one just your own common sense
