How can multiple users enter data at the same time?

I recently have just started exploring Access and am feeling my way through.

I am implementing a Quality Assurance System in which inspectors fill out
paper sheets, grading the houses on several different catagories. I created
an access database that looks like the paper sheet and they will fill that in
using forms. I need to know how to allow multiple inspectors enter the data
at the same time.

I would really appreciate any help.

Eventually I need to organize this info but that can wait for now.

You will want to split the database so that each user has a "front end" for
entering data, and there is one "back end" that contains all the data.
