If you mean Outlook Calendar, they can't. But, they can do the reverse.

What I mean is I update Enterprise users calendars with vacation, holidays,
etc in MS Professional 2003 and I want the users to see that information in
PWA.

There is no way to change resource calendar information through PWA. You can
view it rather obtusely if you have access to resource information and view
resource availability and can guess which blocks of unavailability represent
vacations. We've done some custom work to add this type of functionality.
