How can wiewers interact on my webbpage from their webb-reader

I´d like to set up a discussion group on a webb page which now has authorized
access. In the upgrade to Fp 2003 I did recently I read about new functions
for making webb pages interactive by using Windows SharePoint Services so
that a wiewers can update the webbpage from his webbreader. Can someone hjelp
me on the right track?

You need to be hosted on a Windows 2003 server and the host needs offer support for SharePoint
Services.
