Oddly enough for two Microsoft products, there is no direct path.

You can save the *data* from Works into Excel, or into a
comma-separated-values Text file, and then use File.... Get External Data....
Import to import it into an Access table.

Any reports or layout you've defined in Works will need to be completely
redone using a Form (for onscreen viewing) or Report (for printing). The way
Access handles the user interface is altogether different from how Works
works.
