how can you edit Visio 2003 diagrams in Visio 2002

I have a Visio 2003 diagram that I want to be able to edit in Visio 2002.
Is this possible with-out upgrading to Visio 2003.

It has a work around which consists of open in Visio 2003 and save in Vision
2002 format.

The file format changed between Visio 2002 and Visio 2003, so it is not
possible to edit a Visio 2003 file in Visio 2002.
