How can you make round photo frames in Publisher?

I am trying to work on a media guide for our basketball team. How can I make
round photo frames in Publisher or just change the shapes of photos to ad
some variety?

Create a circle, Fill, fill effects, picture tab. Might to check the Lock the
Picture Aspect.
