No, and even if there were, it would not be much use, since Publisher
can't interpret HTML terribly well at all, and Publisher's HTML can't
really be interpreted by people.
If you want a real HTML editor (e.g. you are looking to upgrade from
FrontPage), Expression Web is the product you are looking for. An
upgrade from FrontPage is a mere $99. Publisher had web "capabilities"
before FrontPage was discontinued, and was never intended as a successor
to FrontPage.
