how come my emails are being sent to my brother in laws address?

My brother in law says he is receiving a lot of my emails. How can this
happen. My addresses that I currently use are [email protected] and
[email protected]. His address is [email protected]12.mo.us.
Can you help me fix this so that it will stop doing this?
