How could I buy Outlook 2007 only, I have office 2007 already?

I bought Microsot Office 2007 but Outlook 2007 is not included in the
package, can I just buy 2007 outlook only?

What version of Office did you buy? The only sku that does not include Outlook is Home and Student version. All other versions include Outlook. If you have one of the other versions but Outlook did not install, remove your prior version of OUtlook, run a custom setup and make Outlook "available."
