How could I view top/bottom margine on the vertical ruler?

In print layout view of Microsoft Word 2003 I don't have that special bar
that top/bottom margines could be set (while I do have it for setting
left/right margins) with and I should go to the page setup menue whenever I
want to do so and it's really painful. Any idea?! Thanks
