Thanks for your timely assistance. I can only say it must he a bug i
EXCEL. I redeveloped the same worksheet over again, checking to se
what step caused the error. As it turned out copying down the formatte
line, which included fills, borders, and data validations, from line 10
to line 65536, the last line, EXCEL would freeze. If I copied it to lin
1 short to 65535 all was well. Cant explain it, but up and runnin
now.
