How deal with Yes/No/Dont Know column?

In a database to capture the results of a survey, what is the best way to
store 3-way values like Yes/No/Dont know options?

If you are considering using MS Access to help you with a survey, it might
be worth your time to look over something Duane H. put together ... and it
would solve your "best way" question...
