How do automatically set actual hours (work) and actual start / finish

I have a task that has started 10/4/04 and finished on 12/7/04. The
actual hours were 200 of a resource named Government and 24 hours of a
resource named Contractor. No matter how I play with Fixed Duration /
Fixed Work and Effort Driven, I can't get these dates and hours to
"stick." Any tips? Can this be done via a macro? Thanks!!!!!!

Hi Luis,

First, set the task to 100% complete
Then for each resource enter actual work data.
Both these actions can be done in VBA.
