how do disable default color schemes of hyperlinks in Publisher?

Hi,
I have made a web page in Publisher. However the color of the links on the
webpage take the default color of the hyperlinks instead of the ones I
assigned.
Eg: blue for unvisited, magenta for visited links.
Is there a way I can avoid those default colors so that they appear in the
color that I assigned them?
Thanks,
Yogz

Format > color schemes > Custom Color scheme and change the hyperlink and
followed hyperlink colors. You can't highlight and change the color of
hyperlinks like you can text.

possible atleast managed to change them. Thanks for your quick response.

Thanks for posting back. It is appreciated.

Though you might be tempted or wanted to have different hyperlink colors on
different pages, there is a good reason to be consistent. Viewers can get
easily confused if you switch things around. Most viewers associate blue
text with an underline as a hyperlink, and even if you decide to change that
default, it is generally a good idea to be consistent throughout your site
with hyperlinks and navigation.
