how do enable publish complete calendar currently greyed out

I would like to publish my complete calendar but the option is greyed out or
is there any other way to enable an outlook 2000 user to see it

what version are you using and where are you publishing it?

Outlook 2007 trying to publish to web for private access by my wife who has
Outlook 2000.
