How do I Accept a meeting in Outlook from a Lotus Notes 6.5 user?

When I tried that it was as simple as clicking the Accept button since Notes
sent the appointment as an iCal file which Outlook recognized. What version
of Outlook are you using?

Outlook 2003 SP2.

The Accept, Tentative, Decline options are all grayed out. The meeting
notice comes as an attachment from the Lotus Notes user and the subject,
when, location fields are all filled in properly. I hope there's a simple
solution.
