How do I access all the characters in a phoenetic (IPA) font?

I am trying to install and use a phoenetic alphabet. I can access most of the
characters I need except for one, one that I need to transcribe Russian. I
have always used a Mac, but cannot use the font in MacWord (it works fine in
AppleWorks) which I need for work. I am using MS Office Professional with
Windows XP.

I tried installing a keyboard called KeyMan, but I couldn't use my Russian
font any more, and it didn't give me the characters I needed in IPA either.

Run a search on Google for fonts. There are hundreds of free fonts out there
to be installed from your control panel. Even better if you know the name of
the font you are looking for.
