How do I access Help Index

Hi,

I am a new FrontPage user.

How do I access the good old Help Index? Currently I need to type a word,
and the help system searches for related topics, and this is very annoying.

There isn't an index. You can get the Table of Contents by:
Press F1 key (or menu: Help->FrontPage Help)
Under the Search box click the link "Table of Contents".
