how do I access my blocked senders list?

I blocked a contact by mistake. How do I access the blocked senders list so I
can enable this contact?

Actions>Junk E-mail>Junk E-mail Options when in a mail folder or
Tools>Options>Junk E-mail anywhere, for Outlook 2003. If you have Outlook
2007, someone else can answer.
