How do I access my e-mails from a 2nd computer in my house?

I have just puchased a 2nd computer which is internet connected and has
Outlook on it. I always access my mail (on the old computer) by using
Outlook. But my new computer does not have any mail going to it. How do I
get e-mails to be available on BOTH computers (in different rooms)? Please
keep instructions simple as I am....well, simple!
