How do I send an e-mail from my computer for my boss, and have his e-mail
address as the one it came from.

Outlook version? Type of account (POP, Exchange, IMAP)?

Brian,

I am using Small Business 2007. I'm thinking its Exchange because in the
bottom right it says "Connected to Microsoft Exchange"

Then your boss needs to make you a delegate of his mailbox.
