How do I access my trial version of MS Office 2007?

I downloaded my trial version of MS office 2007, entered the key# to
activate, but I can't access anything in the program. It says, publisher can
not complete the operation. I would appreciate any help. I really wanted to
try this out to see if I would like to purchase it. Thanks!
