How do I access the SQL server

BCM and SQL server say they installed successfully, however, when I open
Outlook 2003 w/BCM update, it asks if I want to use BCM. Of course I agree
and click next.

The error message is "SQL Server does not exist or access is denied"

Also, there is no Business Tools tool bar.

Add/Remove Programs reports that both SQL Server and BCM are installed

Did BCM setup install Sql? It must do so to create the sql instance
BCM will use. If you have a sqlserver service for BCM running, the
next thing to try is connecting directly to it without BCM -- e.g.
using OSQL -- and see what kind of error it reports.
