How do I access the tiling option when printing?

I have Microsoft Office Publisher 2003. How can I access the tiling option
to print 81/2 x 11 inch pieces that fit together like a puzzle? I intend to
scan a photo and then print it as puzzle pieces that will fit together on a
large canvas board. I hope to make this as a Christmas gift so any answers
as soon as possible would be appreciated.

That's not a Publisher feature. Or if it is, it's one I've never seen or
heard of.

You can use the tile printing options to spread the picture over multiple
pages. I would increase the overlap for this task. Then, you can cut
puzzle notches into the sides of each tile.

I would accomplish it something like this. Get some strong board to use for
the puzzle pieces (either very thick cardboard or some proper wooden board).
Pin all the tiles to it such that the image spans perfectly. Then, draw in
your puzzle pattern using a pencil - make sure that the lines don't stray
over the page overlap areas, this will make life easier. Once this is
accomplished, cut through the paper along this pattern with a craft knife,
pressing firmly enough to score the pattern into the board (if you're using
cardboard, use the craft knife to cut the cardboard as well). Then use a
jigsaw to cut along the score lines. If you have stayed within the overlap
areas, you will have a set of paper pieces that will fit exactly on your
board pieces. Stick them down using your preferred choice of adhesive.
