How do I act as administrator to delete a problematic email?

Outlook has crashed. I've tried fixing, uninstalling and
reinstalling all to no avail. the problem seems to be
the last email...a Daemon undeliverable message of
17,800KB. It sends outlook into a 'not responding'
state. Isn't there some way to delete it from outside of
outlook?
This is a home PC. I guess I'm the administrator.

Are you using a PST file? If so, you can create a new mail profile with a
new PST, open the problem PST by using file | open ....and perhaps delete
the message.
