How do I activate a trial download without the wizard?

TAM ( Ease of Use)

I have a trial download of MS Office 2003 and cannot activate it on the
internet. Connection errors prompt appear"unable to find connection"and
"cannot communicate with server". I cannot phone in an activation for trial
downloads. Nothing is wrong with ISPconnection.
