How do I activate another user's out of office assistant?

I have access to an associates Outlook Inbox and need to activate her out of
office assistant but it is not taking. I've tried activating it the same way
I activate my own but the auto reply message is not being sent when she's
receiving emails. Please help.

You have to logon to the mailbox in question via Outlook or Outlook Web
Access. (Can't do it via a profile pointing to your mailbox.)
