How do I activate Office Home and Student?

I have downloaded my copy of Office Home and Student. There is no icon on my
desktop. And, how do I activate my copy of Office Home and Student?

You install it by running the downloaded file from the location that you
told your internet browser to save the file and activate it using the 25
character activation code you either copied down from the download screen or
received in the email.
