1) From Format menu > Choose Shared Borders > choose the border you want to
use (top, left, bottom, right).
2) Insert the content for the border straight on the page that you have just
applied shared borders to.
3) For each other page you want the borders on, repeat step 1, and the
content in the border you created in step 2 will be displayed for each and
every page.
