How do I add a BCC to a new outgoing email?

I actually have two Outlook 2007 questions: the subject one about adding a
BCC button to my new outgoing emails and how can I automatically add new
outgoing people to my address book?

1. In a new Message window: Options > Show BCC
2. No version of Outlook has such a feature. You can create code or use
third party utilities to do that however. More information here:
