How do I add a control handle to reposition text in stencil shape

I am creating my own master shapes in a Visio stencil and noticed that in
Microsoft's stencil shapes they all have a "control handle" for repositioning
the text. I cannot figure out how I add this handle so I can get the same
effect in my shapes. Can someone help? I have gone through the help and
online tutorials and nothing seems to show how to do this.

a significant amout of the functionality in shapes is in the shapesheet. I'd
start by examining there. David Edsons book (although a little dated) is an
excellent place to start. You can also use the DVS on-line.
