How do I add a field for an attachment similar to the "TO" or "CC.

I would like to attach files in a field similar to the "TO" field rater than
attach it in the body of text.

You don't say what version of Word you're using or whether you're using
Outlook for email. But, try File - Send to - Mail Recipient (As Attachment).
