How do I add a hotmail account to outlook?

Just Me

I have 3 other accounts from hotmail that are feeding into my Outlook, but
for some reason this new account won't connect, download or send my mail. I
set them up all the same way, so am I missing something?

If it really is a new account, then you can't use Outlook or Outlook Express
any more unless you pay for a subscription. Your old accounts will go this
way too, next year I think......
