How do I add a list of hours worked by staff?

I have a linkied table with time set as 1:30 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

I cannot seem to set the total field to outut the total hours and minutes eg
130:30 for 130 hours and 30 minutes.

An Access Date/Time field is really best suited for storing specific
points in time rather than durations. Unlike in Excel, there is no
format that lets you display hours past 23; 130:30 is actually stored
internally as 5.4375, which corresponds to #1/4/1900 10:30:00 AM#.

You should consider storing your durations in a Long Integer field of
minutes - e.g. instead of storing 1:30 store an integer 90 minutes.
This can be formatted for display with an expression like

[Duration] \ 60 & Format([Duration] MOD 60, ":00")
