How do I add a reference to attachments when replying to e mails

On previous versions of Outlook when replying to E Mails, attachments were
not included, but the filename of the attachment was shown in the text
between chevron marks.
On my current version again when replying to E Mails, attachments are not
included but the filename is not shown in the text.
How can I show the filename in the text.

it sounds like you were using RTF format before. That's the only way to
automatically add the file name as a reference.
