How do I add a Resource to represent a team.

Hello,

How can I add a Resource to represent a team? This team
would not be recieving any e-mail, this would be done
thru the Portfolio manager.

You can use a Generic resource to represent a team and then set the Max.
Units to a value that represents the total number of people on the team,
such as 700% if there are seven members on the team. Do know this, however:
you cannot assign the team Generic resource to a task and have the system
replace the Generic resource with the actual team members, as Microsoft
Project does not have this capability. Hope this helps.
