How do I add a screen shot to my document?

My professor showed us how to use the "grab" function in Macs to add a screen
shot which looks exactly like the web page to our Word documents. Can I do
that with my Windows computer?

Use PrintScreen to copy the entire screen to the Clipboard or
Alt+PrintScreen to capture the active window. Then use Paste to insert the
graphic wherever you want, though ideally you should paste it into a
graphics editing app (even Windows Paint) and save it in a graphics format.
You can then use Insert | Picture | From File to insert it in Word, but you
can also use it in other apps, and if anything happens to the picture stored
in the Word doc, it can be replaced from the original.
