How do I add a series of minutes and seconds?

I am trying to calculate the total recording time of songs on an album using
an Excel spreadsheet to record the results:
Song 1 - 03:23
Song 2 - 05:15
Song 3 - 03:45
Song 4 - 07:03
Total: ??:??

Please Help!

Make sure the times and the titles are in separate cells then just sum the
times =SUM(B2:B10) for example,
use custom format and [hh]:mm
