How do I add a title and lines at top of Organization Chart

[Brainiac wannabe]

I am trying to add about 6 lines at the top of an Organization Chart and I
can't get it to move the chart down on the page so we can read the title. I
am a new user in Visio 2003. Any suggstions? Thanks.
