How do I add a Watermark to a Visio page?

Need assistance in adding a one-word watermark to the background of a Visio
page. Want to add "CONFIDENTIAL" to the background. Can a watermark be
added in a Visio document?

You could place it on a Background page. Just play with the transparency of
the text.

Or you can place it on the Foregnd page and put it onto a layer that is
Locked and not Viewable (but is Printable). That way you can choose if the
Watermark is in Front of the other shapes or Behind other shapes.
