How do I add a whole contact category to a distribution list ?

Rather than picking names one by one, is there a way to create or add to a
distribution by selecting a whole list of contacts in a category?

Rather than picking names one by one, is there a way to create or add
to a distribution by selecting a whole list of contacts in a category?

Select the category bu clicking on it, then click Actions>New Message to
Contact. A compose window will appear with the To field populated with
everyone in the category.
