How do I add addresses to a folded booklet?

Stroke Newsletter

We have a folded booklet - it consists of 2 11 x 17 sheets printed on both
sides (8 page newsletter).
We want to print addresses on the back sheet so we don't have to attach
labels to each booklet.
The problem is that we don't know how to have the printer fold and staple
each of the two sheets.

If you don't get the response you are looking for in this newsgroup
then your best bet is to post to one of the specific Word newsgroups,
the Word Page Layout newsgroup would be a good one. I know there are
several Word booklet experts who hang out there and they should be
able to help you out. :)
